Purrfect Pixels Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. The customer will pay all shipping rates when returning an item. Store Credit will not be issued until product is returned and inspected.
All canceled orders must be submitted via email within 24 hours of the initial purchase. Please do keep in mind that we aim to have all orders shipped within 48 hours, and often times manage to ship quite a bit faster than that, so should you need to cancel your order, please do so immediately, as once it's shipped, it cannot be cancelled. A 15% restocking fee will be applied on all canceled orders.
To return an item, click on our "Returns" link at the Bottom Center of the home page to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please ensure that you fill in the form fully and accurately for the fastest service. After receiving an RMA number, place the item(s) securely in its original packaging with the RMA number and mail to the address provided in the return request. We also suggest emailing us via the contact us link so that we can keep an eye our for the returning package.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed and your store credit issued.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale Items
- Opened Products (includes Bead Bags, Box Kits, Buckets, Packaged Accessories)
- Discontinued Items
- Commissioned Art Pieces
- Ready to Love Art Pieces
- Pre-Order Sale Items
- Items sale discounted more than 25% with or without a coupon
- A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all cancellations or returns
- Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping
