We can, and will, ship worldwide!

**Please note that we do not offer refunds on late packages, once a package has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided to you. Any questions or concerns regarding your package arriving late or potentially lost, must be directed to Canada Post**

All orders are shipped from our small business in Grande Prairie, AB.  Delivery timelines are created by Canada Post. We aim for a two business day turnaround on all orders, regardless of size, so rest assured that your order will be on it's way to you quickly! We do not ship on weekends or Provincial and Federal holidays.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING (Larger or Heavier items may be excluded from free shipping option)

All packages are tracked and insured up to $100.  If you would like additional insurance or quicker shipping, please contact us for a quote, we will be happy to upgrade your shipping to Priority! 

Canada Flat Rate Shipping $20.00 (2-10 business days depending on location) - FREE if you spend $100 or more!

US Flat Rate Shipping $30.00 (3-9 business days depending on location)

International - No flat rate option available, please contact us for quotes.

SMALL ORDERS OR SMALL ITEMS

Just want a single bag of beads, one lonesome photocard or a solitary button? Message us first for a much lower quote as we can often send via lettermail and save you money (as long as you are OK with no tracking and no insurance!)

Our rates are based off of Canada Posts' website.  At this time we are not able to offer a Free Shipping option for orders under $100.  Free Shipping is not valid with sale items discounted more than 20% unless stated on the coupon advertisement that it is included.

Purrfect Pixels is not responsible for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected packages.   If you are spending more than $100, we suggest purchasing additional insurance for your package.
